Rivelle has eight unit types across three bedroom categories, from the 883 sqft Type C1P three-bedroom to the 1,378 sqft Type E1 five-bedroom. Every layout is a 'premium' or full-size family unit with a yard, a household shelter and two or three bathrooms. The plans below are from the developer's brochure; each type has its own page with the stack list and a plain-language description of the layout.

ECs launched in 2025 and 2026 have moved away from two-bedroom units. Rivelle has none: 42 percent of units are three-bedroom, 51 percent are four-bedroom and 7 percent are five-bedroom. Aurelle of Tampines, Sim Lian's previous EC, also skipped two-bedders (its units run from 840 to 1,356 sqft), which confirms the direction: Rivelle's resale market from 2035 will be dominated by family buyers.
Areas quoted by the developer include the balcony (upper floors) or private enclosed space (ground floor) and exclude RC and air-con ledges, which are non-strata. The "(p)" suffix on a type code, for example C1P(p), denotes the ground-floor PES variant of the same layout. Floor plans are indicative. Mirror units exist for most types, and the developer's final survey determines the strata area in the title.
