Download brochureType D4P is the premium four-bedroom, the same 110 sqm (1,184 sqft) as the D3F but with a different plan: a dry kitchen that opens to the dining area plus a separate enclosed wet kitchen, and four full bedrooms. There are 41 units in the southern blocks 67, 69 and 71.
The dry and wet kitchen split is the main reason to pick a D4P over a D3F: heavy cooking happens behind a door, while the dry kitchen doubles as a breakfast counter. The master bedroom has an attached bath, and the other three bedrooms share bath 2. The 10 sqm balcony runs across the living room. Ground-floor D4P(p) units have a PES.
