Updates

  1. · Foundation and basement

Site works under way after sell-out

Rivelle sold out in April 2026 and the developer's contractor has possession of the site at Tampines Street 95. Piling and basement works are the first visible stage. Dated photographs from the appointed marketing agency's site visits will be added here. The contractual expected date of vacant possession remains 30 June 2030.

  2. · Pre-construction

Second ballot clears the remaining units

The remaining units were sold in a second balloting exercise, taking Rivelle to fully sold (to be confirmed against the developer's sales update). The sales gallery closed after this date.

  3. · Pre-construction

Launch weekend: 529 of 572 units sold

Booking day on 21 March 2026 after the preview that opened on 6 March. About 92.5 percent of units were sold over the weekend at an average of about S$1,893 psf (to be confirmed).

What to expect at each stage

Construction of a 572-unit EC on a basement carpark typically runs about 40 to 48 months from site possession. The stages owners will see are: piling and basement excavation; the basement carpark slab; the superstructure rising floor by floor (the first blocks top out before the last); facade and window installation; internal fit-out; the landscape deck and pools; and finally the TOP inspection. Progressive payments under the Normal Payment Scheme are tied to these milestones, which is why owners receive the developer's progress notices before each payment call.

After TOP

Key collection, the defects liability period and the formation of the management corporation follow TOP. Owners who want the ownership-stage details, including the defects inspection checklist and the MOP start date, can read Rivelle's timeline from launch to TOP and MOP.
