Rivelle Tampines sold out in April 2026; this site does not sell units and only operates a waitlist for bounce units. Floor areas, travel times and completion dates are estimates subject to the developer's final survey and authorities' approval.
Why this site exists
Rivelle sold out in April 2026. Most of the information published during the launch has since disappeared from the web or gone stale. Owners, future resale buyers and anyone tracking a bounce unit still need a single, accurate reference: verified facts with dates, the floor plans explained, the construction timeline, and a plain account of how MOP and resale will work. That is what this site is for. It also runs the only waitlist for bounce units operated by the appointed marketing agency, and it points readers to our sister site singaporeec.sg for executive condominiums that are still launching.
How facts are handled
Every number on this site is stored with a source and an "as of" date, and displayed with that date. Figures taken directly from the developer's brochure are marked as verified. Launch results and prices reported during the sales period are marked "to be confirmed" until they have been checked against the developer's sales update, and are not shown publicly before that. Nothing on this site claims unit availability, price reductions or testimonials.
