Is Rivelle sold out?
Yes, as of 24 April 2026 (second balloting). The only route to a new unit is a bounce unit via the waitlist.
What is the address of Rivelle?
51 to 71 Tampines Street 95, Singapore (eleven blocks, postal codes 529375 to 529431). The entrance is from Tampines Street 95.
How many units does Rivelle have?
572 units: 241 three-bedroom, 291 four-bedroom and 40 five-bedroom, in eleven blocks of 12 to 14 storeys over a basement carpark.
What sizes are the units?
From 883 sqft (Type C1P, three-bedroom) to 1,378 sqft (Type E1, five-bedroom). See the floor plans.
What was the launch price?
S$1,893 psf on average on 21 March 2026, with three-bedroom units from S$1.588 million and five-bedroom units from S$2.586 million (EdgeProp). See the price page.
When is TOP?
The expected date of vacant possession is 30 June 2030. Updates are posted on the progress page.
When can Rivelle owners sell?
After the five-year minimum occupation period from TOP, so around mid-2035 to citizens and PRs; from around 2040 to anyone, once the development is privatised.
Who can buy an EC?
In brief: a Singapore citizen family nucleus with at least one other citizen or PR, combined household income up to S$16,000 a month for Rivelle (S$18,000 for EC sites tendered from 24 August 2026), no private property in the last 30 months, and not more than two previous housing subsidies. Which grants apply?
First-timer families may qualify for the CPF Family Grant (up to S$30,000) and Half-Housing Grant depending on income and citizenship. singaporeec.sg explains the EC grants and resale levy.
