See the layouts without a showflat
The floor plans pages reproduce the developer's plans for all eight unit types with a description of each layout, and the site plan page lists all 72 facilities and shows the block-by-block unit distribution. The developer's e-brochure contains the specifications and finishes list.
Register for a bounce unit
Occasionally a buyer does not complete the purchase and the unit returns to the developer. Those units are re-released at the developer's discretion, usually with little notice. The waitlist is the only way to register your interest with the appointed marketing agency. We contact waitlisted buyers only if a unit becomes available.

Where was the Rivelle showflat?
The sales gallery was operated by the developer during the launch period in March and April 2026 and has since closed. There is no showflat to visit.
Can I view a Rivelle unit before buying a bounce unit?
No show unit exists now. Bounce units are sold off-plan on the basis of the floor plan, the brochure and the Sale and Purchase Agreement, like the original launch units.
