Download brochureType D3F is the "flexi" four-bedroom: 110 sqm (1,184 sqft) including a larger 10 sqm balcony, with 53 units across blocks 57, 61, 67 and 71. The flexi room sits off the living area and can be left open as an extension of the living room, or enclosed as a fourth bedroom, study, or playroom. On the brochure plan it is labelled "FLEXI" and shown without a solid wall to the living space.
This gives families a choice that the D1 does not: a larger living area now, and a fourth bedroom later when the children are older. The three fixed bedrooms are grouped together with the master bath and bath 2, and the kitchen sits beside the dining area with the yard and household shelter behind. The wider balcony is the largest of the four-bedroom types. Ground-floor D3F(p) units get a 10 sqm PES.
