Download brochureType E1 is the only five-bedroom layout at Rivelle and the largest unit in the development at 128 sqm (1,378 sqft) including an 11 sqm balcony. There are 40 units: 13 in block 55, 13 in block 69 and 14 in block 71.
The plan has a master bedroom and a junior master bedroom, both with attached bathrooms, plus three further bedrooms that share bath 2. That is three bathrooms in total, which is the practical difference from the four-bedroom types for multi-generational households. The kitchen is split into a dry kitchen beside the dining area and an enclosed wet kitchen, with a yard, WC and household shelter behind. The balcony is the widest in the project.
Five-bedroom EC units are scarce in the east: Rivelle's 40 units were the fastest to sell at launch, according to the developer's sales update (to be confirmed). Ground-floor E1(p) units replace the balcony with an 11 sqm PES.
