Multi-generational families, or households with three or more children who need a second en-suite bedroom.
Rivelle 5-bedroom floor plans
Rivelle has a single five-bedroom layout, Type E1, at 1,378 sqft with three bathrooms including a junior master suite. Only 40 units exist, in stacks 12, 40 and 42, which makes them the scarcest unit at the project and the most relevant to multi-generational households.
