Download brochureType D1 is Rivelle's standard four-bedroom and, with 133 units across ten blocks, the backbone of the project's four-bedroom supply. At 97 sqm (1,044 sqft) including a 6 sqm balcony, it is noticeably more compact than older four-bedroom ECs, so it suits buyers who want four rooms on a 4-bedroom budget rather than a large showpiece unit.
The layout places the master bedroom and bedroom 4 on one side of the unit and bedrooms 2 and 3 on the other, with the living and dining area in between leading to the balcony. The kitchen is open-concept and sits next to the dining area, with a yard, WC and household shelter behind. Bedroom 4 is the smallest room and is often used as a study or helper's room.
Two bathrooms serve four bedrooms: the master has an attached bath, and bath 2 serves the other three. Ground-floor D1(p) units come with a PES. Type D1a (12 units, block 59 only) is a near-identical mirror variant.
