Download brochureType C2S is the most common layout at Rivelle: 153 of the 572 units, spread across eight of the eleven blocks. It adds 4 sqm to the C1P and uses that space for an enclosed study next to the master bedroom. At 86 sqm (926 sqft) it is still a compact three-bedder, but the study is what makes it work for families with a parent working from home.
The study is a genuine room with a door, roughly large enough for a desk and a bookshelf, and because it sits between bath 2 and the master bedroom it is away from the living room noise. The living and dining area is L-shaped around the kitchen, with the balcony off the living room. The kitchen is open to the dining area, with a yard and WC behind it.
The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are the same size as in the C1P. Corner stacks in blocks 51, 53, 55 and 63 are predominantly C2S, so many of these units have two external walls and better cross-ventilation. Ground-floor units are Type C2S(p) with a PES instead of a balcony.
