Aurelle of Tampines (Tampines Street 62, launched March 2025) and Rivelle (Tampines Street 95, launched March 2026) are both Sim Lian executive condominiums in Tampines, launched a year apart. Aurelle is in Tampines North, near the Cross Island Line's Tampines North station (under construction); Rivelle is in Tampines West, 300 to 400 m from an operating Downtown Line station. Because the developer and the buyer pool overlap, the comparison is mostly about land cost, timing and location.

Aurelle launched a year earlier on cheaper land (S$721 versus S$768 psf ppr) at a lower psf, and is expected to reach TOP and MOP about two years before Rivelle, which matters to anyone planning a resale exit. Rivelle's advantages are an operating Downtown Line station 300 to 400 m away, three primary schools within 1 km, and the Bedok Reservoir edge of Tampines West.
